Meliya (Muh-lee-yuh) Loosle is a landscape painter based in Charlotte, NC. She finds deepest inspiration in scenes that feel almost too pretty to be real. Those views can be found on a walk around her neighborhood or traveling far from home.
Meliya wants her artwork to feel like stepping into a scene from Pride and Prejudice or Anne of Green Gables. The art you buy should feel like a safe place, bringing peace and joy into the life you are already living.
When she’s not in her studio painting, you can find her baking something ridiculously sweet, scavenging a local thrift store for vintage clothing, or eating way too much Chick-fil-A.
